✅ 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’ve used SkinPure Paris Sculpt & Tone Arm Cream consistently for at least 4 weeks and are not satisfied with the visible results, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

🔁 How to Request a Refund

To initiate your refund request, please email us at hello@skinpure-paris.com with the following:

• Your full name and order number
• A brief explanation of your experience with the product
• (Optional but helpful) A photo of the product and your results

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.

📦 Return Conditions

• Refunds apply to first-time purchases only, limited to one product per customer.
• The product must be used as directed for a minimum of 4 weeks.
• You may be asked to return the jar (even if empty) to complete the refund.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

💳 How Refunds Are Processed

Once approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
• Orders with incorrect or incomplete address information
• Second-time or repeat purchases
